YOUTH

We have an amazing group of young people at Medway Vineyard.

At Medway Vineyard Youth, we're passionate about igniting a fire within young people that will keep burning for years to come. We know that the key to achieving this is through building strong relationships and creating a welcoming environment where young people can be themselves, connect with others, and explore the big questions of life through the lens of the Bible.

Our Youth program is designed to cater to all young people in School Years 7-13, whether they prefer to join us on a Sunday morning, Sunday evening, or Friday evening. We offer a variety of spaces and activities that are sure to engage and inspire, from group discussions and Bible studies to fun games and hangouts.

Youth at Medway Vineyard is for young people from year 7 to year 13 (ages 11-18). We believe that every young person is special and deserves to be loved and valued, no matter what their beliefs or background may be. We welcome everyone with open arms, regardless of whether they follow Jesus or not.

So if you're looking for a place where your young person can grow in their faith, make new friends, and have a blast while doing it, look no further than Medway Vineyard Youth.

We can't wait to welcome them into our community!

If you have any questions or have a pastoral concern about your young person, please do email the youth team via office@medwayvineyard.org.

Don’t let anyone think less of you because you are young. Be an example to all believers in what you say, in the way you live, in your love, your faith and your purity.

1 Timothy 4:12

Sundays

At our weekly Sunday worship service, our Youth get to hang out with the adults and then head off to their own group.

Our goal is to help them discover who they are, connect with Jesus, and follow in His footsteps.

We're excited to see all the amazing things they'll do!

Youth don't need to be signed in by their parents, but as with the Children's ministry, the leader of the session will always hold a current DBS certificate.

Youth Socials

Our Youth Socials are held on a Friday night every other week, run by Cassie and Jo.  We might watch a movie, play a game, or just chill and chat.

We love hanging out with each other because we believe in building strong friendships, being there for each other, giving everyone the chance to be heard and to listen.

It's all about growing together!

Dreaming the Impossible

Each year, our Youth aged 12-18 join thousands of other young people from churches and youth organisations around the country at the national Vineyard youth movement - Dreaming The Impossible (DTI).

DTI is about inspiring and equipping young people to love God, love others and change the world.

There is so much to do at DTI: camping, sports, creative workshops, cafes to chill out in, live music, DJs, inflatables, talent shows as well as talks, seminars and worship.

Our Youth have an amazing time!

DTI Roadshows

As well as the main DTI event, during the year DTI goes on the road and visits churches around the country for worship, talks and a silent disco!
